Her instructions are clear, concise, and thoughtfully organized to make complex tasks feel manageable. The video trainings have been invaluable. Being able to go back and reference specific videos when I need extra guidance, or follow along in real time with one screen showing her training and the other open to my booking, has made learning so much easier. I would not have felt nearly as confident starting my travel career without Tiffani’s training and these resources available to me.

The training videos that Tiffani has created area a valuable resource for anyone in the travel industry. The are a great beginning but also an invaluable resource for continued guidance and repetition for understanding. Such a great tool to help walk through processes in real time while performing tasks is so helpful for learning. I have referenced these videos time and time again and they have built my confidence as I navigate this new industry. The manner in which Tiffani explains things are clear and at a level for a beginner to clearly make the connections. She is also very supportive and encouraging throughout the videos as well as all of her communications with learners. I have always felt comfortable to ask questions and confident she was going to steer mee in the right direction and walk in the path with me to learn.
