Haley DeCarlo
Hi friends! I’m Haley, and travel is where I am meant to be. I’m proud to Co-Found Sava Travel and lead as VP of Sales & Engagement. I have been a Senior Travel Advisor for over five years, building a relationship-driven travel business. My work today centers on leadership, growth strategy, supporting advisors, and creating meaningful engagement, all grounded in real-world experience and a deep passion for travel.
I hold a BSBA in International Business & Marketing and bring a strong foundation in business strategy, sales, and client experience to everything I do. At Sava Travel, I focus on driving brand growth, strengthening partnerships, mentoring advisors, and elevating both the internal culture and the overall client journey. Through a global network of trusted tourism boards, preferred partners, and top-tier suppliers, I ensure every trip and every relationship is handled with professionalism and care.
My experience as a hands-on travel advisor has allowed me to design custom, high-touch itineraries across the globe, from luxury European and Asian escapes to island experiences like the Maldives and Bora Bora, adventure-driven journeys like Japan, and culturally immersive travel such as Italy. This extensive experience allows me to lead with credibility, intention, and a deep understanding of what it takes to create both exceptional travel experiences and a sustainable business.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and three kids, traveling as much as possible, discovering new beaches, and hiking to mountain viewpoints whenever I can. Outside of work, pickleball has become my newest obsession, and last year my husband and I proudly won our first championship together. I also spent over 15 years bartending, and once in a blue moon you’ll still catch me behind the bar at an event, simply because I’ve always loved it.
