The training videos that Tiffani has created area a valuable resource for anyone in the travel industry. The are a great beginning but also an invaluable resource for continued guidance and repetition for understanding. Such a great tool to help walk through processes in real time while performing tasks is so helpful for learning. I have referenced these videos time and time again and they have built my confidence as I navigate this new industry. The manner in which Tiffani explains things are clear and at a level for a beginner to clearly make the connections. She is also very supportive and encouraging throughout the videos as well as all of her communications with learners.
