What Inspired Your Journey Into Travel?

My own travels inspired me to become a travel agent. I love bringing friends and family with me and teaching them all about the destination.

So many of my friends would reach out to help plan their trips — only for me to tell them they needed a travel agent. Eventually, I realized I was meant to become one myself. Joining The Travel Byrds gave me the support and structure to make it happen!

Finding Her Balance

Balancing my nursing career and family life was challenging at first. But I’ve learned how to integrate travel planning into my busy schedule — because it’s something I truly love. Working alongside other advisors helped me create a system that makes it all possible.

Proudest Moment

My proudest moment was planning a family trip to Italy for ten people in my first year. Seeing their smiles on social media as the trip unfolded was incredible. There were so many logistics, and everything came together perfectly!

The Power of Support

Having other advisors available to ask questions and a true back-office system to search for amazing accommodations and activities makes everything easier. It really feels like I have the world at my fingertips.

Life Today

Thanks to my growing travel business, I’ve been able to reduce my nursing hours and focus more on what I love — helping people explore the world. It’s a balance that brings me so much fulfillment.
